Khuya Mesa Healing: This is the most powerful Paqo Shamanic healing you can have. This healing is done for anything to help with any sickness, while having treatment for cancer, mental health, relationships, etc. In order to do healings with the mesa, you need to have your three initiations: the munay, yachay and llankay. The mesa holds the energy of the hanan pacha, kay pacha, and ukju pacha. The mesa is a chakana, which is a bridge that connects us to the three dimensions and represents the alto kajaja’s. In this healing, I will use my sacred mesa (alter) and Khuya’s (sacred stones) that I have collected from my pilgrimages in Australia and Peru’s sacred temples, places, and apus (mountains). I will place the stones on your belly, heart, and head and call in the spirits of the areas where the stones were collected. I will blow into the stones, scan your body for energy changes, and see which direction it is flowing. I will say chants and prayers calling on the spirits and the pachamama, where you were born, to come and heal you.

Fire Ceremony: Fire in Quechua is Nina. It is a sacred Spirit that brings warmth and good energy to get better. It is part of the Hanaq Pacha (Upper World) and the Alto Kaja’s, which is a group of Spirits in the Hanaq Pacha. (Like the Sun, Moon, Stars, and lightning). It has a special mission because it is a sacred transmitter. The Sacred function is to transmit all the wishes and connect the prayers/ wishes to the three worlds. We use Fire to send messages to the three worlds. The smoke of the Fire sends it to the Hanaq Pacha and the ashes go to the Ukju Pacha (Lower World), then they are transformed here in the Kay Pacha (this world, in the physical).

This offering is good for people experiencing a lack of energy and for when they need/ want energy. It is for people who are sick and physically cold for no obvious reason. Like if Doctors don’t know why a person is not feeling well, it is a good time to do a fire offering and ask for help to warm the body. You can do this for yourself and for others. If you are doing a fire offering for another person and they can’t be there, it is okay to do the offering for them without them there in person.

Soul Retrieval: Soul retrieval is a powerful life changing ceremony, it has the power to find the truth about yourself and make you feel whole again.

Emotional Release: This is a powerful healing ceremony, it has the power to release trapped emotions that we hold inside our bodies and minds.

Chumpi Stone: The Chumpi stones are used for healing, cleansing, reconnecting the energy centre’s Ñawis (also called chakras in other countries), giving protection, and grounding. They are used to open, clear, and empower the person’s energy centres. It can also give soul retrieval if one needs it. The masters use their tools along with prayer to see where the negative energy is and then begin cleansing and healing to bring harmony to the three bodies; the spiritual, the physical, and the energetic bodies of the person. "Chumpi" is a Quechua word meaning "belt." This refers to the stones used in the administration of what are referred to as "Ceremonial power bands." Power bands are rings or fields of energy that surround a person for protection. Each is linked to a nawis (chakra), and their action works to seal off a person's energy field and ward off harmful energies that would find their way through our natural energy defence’s. When I do the Chumpi stone healing ceremony, I will offer a kintu to ask Pachamama for permission and call in the spirits to help with the healing. Activate the chumpi stones, sacred spirits of Incas and Ñustas from Inca times and legends, open your nawis (chakras), place the chumpi stones on your nawis (chakras), scan the energies, and let the stones and spirits do the work on you, healing and clearing all blockages, negativity, and mild illness. When the chumpi stones are placed on a person, it helps to awaken mountains, both to help ground them and to reach their inner power, just like a mountain—firm, strong, and self-empowered. Sometimes these energy centres become blocked, closed, or weakened.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. The predominate form of reiki practiced throughout the world today, also known as Usui reiki, was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It’s a complementary or alternative health approach. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being.

During a reiki session, I can place my hands either directly on you or just above you to bring the healing from the universe. the universes energies stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities.

I can combine traditional Japanese reiki with shamanism for even more healing abilities.

Reiki can relive pain, anxiety, fatigue, help with depression.

May improve some symptoms and conditions such as Headache, tension and insomnia.

Crystal Healing: Crystals are powerful healing tools. Crystals are alive and they can help with your physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial health.

The healing benefits of crystals can surround areas of mental wellbeing, including feelings of increased tranquillity, positivity and focus, as well as enhanced immunity and natural pain relief.

Individual crystals are also known to have their own special energies that can align to different areas of your life, with their shape and colour. Crystals can be used to align and heal your chakras.

During a crystal healing session, I will be working with my guides and energies of the universe to guide me to increase the healing power of the crystal that our wonderful mother earth has gifted to us to use.
